We carry a plethora of OEM replacement parts in stock. This helps to minimize the cost and time required to repair your 3D printer.
While your 3D printer may be down for repairs, we understand that may be parts that you urgently need 3D printed. We offer reduced cost 3D printing services for customers who have a 3D printer in for service.

15-30 day warranty on all repairs.
Extended warranties are available to further protect your 3D Printer.
Some repairs are free or discounted for printers purchased from Imagine That 3D
Future proof your 3D Printer. We can install, program, and provide other upgrades to ensure your printer has the latest tech
Diagnostics is free and all costs will be provided upfront before proceeding with any work
If your printer can not be fixed we will provide you with optional trade-in towards a new printer
3D printer Repair/ Maintenance Fees
Diagnosis fee:

3D printer diagnosis service is a flat $40. ( This only applies to units shipped in and is completely refundable or will be applied towards repair costs)

The diagnosis fee is waived from the final bill when repair services are performed.
Repair fee:

3D printer repair rates are $45-$65/ hour + any required replacement parts.

OEM replacement (unless otherwise requested or agreed upon) parts are exclusively used for 3D printer repairs performed by Imagine That 3D
